Free & Together offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

 

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 

 

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

The headline terms of products and services are communicated on the website at the point of sale. The online and in-person programs will run for a specific period of time with a clear start and end date. 

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

IN-PERSON EVENTS

 

In-person events are Non-Refundable for including but not limited to any of the following reasons:

 

Change of mind.

Choosing the wrong event 

Change in circumstances (including financial hardship).

Unwillingness or inability to comply with event requirements.

 

In-person retreats are transferable if you notify us in writing at least 45 days prior to the program start date, your payment (minus a 100 Euro administration fee) will be transferred to either a scheduled or a future event within two (2) years of the original event date, subject to ticket availability.

 

We encourage you to carefully consider their commitments and scheduling needs before purchasing an event.

 

Free & Together is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat such as other accommodation, airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

 

IF FREE & TOGETHER CANCELS AN ONLINE OR IN PERSON EVENT:

 

If Free and Together cancels an event, or changes a scheduled event date, due to circumstances within our direct control, you are entitled to:

 

• A transfer of your full event payment amount as credit towards either a scheduled or a future event within two (2) years of the original event date, subject to ticket availability.

• You may request a full refund of the ticket amount received into our account, minus any transfer fees. Refund transfer fees will be borne by the customer where applicable.

 

IF FREE & TOGETHER IS FORCED TO CANCEL AN EVENT DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE:

 

If Free & Together is forced to cancel or change a scheduled event due to force majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, natural disaster, war or threat of war, acts or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, unauthorized strikes, governmental regulation or advisory, recognized health threats as determined by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, or local government authority or health agencies (including but not limited to the health threats of COVID-19, H1N1, or similar infectious diseases), curtailment of transportation facilities, or other similar occurrence beyond the control of the parties —you are entitled to:

 

• A transfer of your full event payment amount (minus a 100 Euro administration fee) as credit towards either a scheduled or a future event within two (2) years of the original event date, subject to ticket availability.

• You may request a full refund of the ticket amount (minus a 100 Euro administration fee) received into our account, minus any transfer fees. Refund transfer fees will be borne by the customer where applicable.

 

MASTERCLASS AND ONLINE PROGRAMS

 

All Masterclass and Online Events are Non-Refundable for including but not limited to any of the following reasons:

 

Change of mind.

Choosing the wrong course when multiple options were available.

Change in circumstances (including financial hardship).

Unwillingness or inability to comply with course requirements (including lack of time to complete the course).

 

All Masterclass and Online Events are transferable if you notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the program start date, your payment will be transferred to either a scheduled or a future online event within two (2) years of the original event date, subject to ticket availability.

 

We encourage you to carefully consider their commitments and scheduling needs before purchasing a course.

 

DEPOSITS

All deposits are non-refundable and transferable only to Free and Together events when communicated by the team. 

 

MODIFICATION TO THE SERVICES AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

 

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

 

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 

REFUSAL OF ENTRY

Free & Together reserves the right to refuse a ticket holder admission to the event or to evict that person from the event if the person is intoxicated, disruptive, aggressive, offensive, harassing and/or threatening any staff or other participants.
